CAIRO: Four new trains will relieve technical problems faced by the Metro lines, said head of the National Authority for Tunnels Ismail al-Nagdy Wednesday.

Nagdy told Youm7 that technical problems were behind the system’s delays, noting that the authority is about to fix these problems, and the new trains would be operational in mid-May.

Nagdy added that vehicles are being repaired in Shubra el-Kheima workshops that are specialized in fixing metro second line vehicles.
