SUEZ, Egypt: Leaders of Suez tribes handed over Thursday another batch of unlicensed weapons to the Third Field Army.
Mohamed Khodeir, leader of the Al-Amarin tribe, told Youm7 on Friday the tribes deliver unlicensed weapons periodically to the Third Army out of respect for the Armed Forces and Defense Minister Abdel Fatah al-Sisi.
Khodeir said that this batch of unlicensed weapons was the first in two weeks.
He added that they and the other tribes replaced their weapons with farm axes because they understand the severity of the critical period of the country. He also said that they communicate with the Armed Forces and are ready to provide more support.
He said they would continue the campaign they launched before last January 25 to support the Sisi for president.
