CAIRO: Muslim Brotherhood supporters demonstrated before and after Friday prayers across Cairo, with some protests descending into violent clashes with Central Security Forces, reported Youm7.

Violent clashes broke out in Al-Arbaien Square between Brotherhood supporters and security forces, with protesters throwing fireworks and security forces firing teargas.

In Nasr City, protesters blocked a street in the Tenth District after Friday prayer.

In the same context, a march of Brotherhood supporters on Talbia Street was dispersed after the arrival of security forces.

A security officer told Youm7 that the security forces were cordoning off the regionswhere clashes broke out and the Brotherhood marches were being dispersed.
