THE NETHERLANDS: The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) invited interim President Adly Mansour to attend the third Summit on nuclear security that will be held on March 24 and 25 in the Hague.
An IAEA source told Youm7 that the international conference is scheduled to discuss the methods of preventing nuclear terrorism and securing the world’s radioactive resources.
U.S. President Barak Obama, Russian President Vladimir Putin and a number of Arab, Asian, and European presidents are scheduled to attend the summit.
The source added the conference aims to encourage more countries to ratify the Convention on the Physical Protection of Nuclear Material to make the world a safer place.
