KUWAIT CITY: The Ministry of Tourism in Egypt is working on a plan to restore high levels of tourist flow to the country that reached a peak in 2010.

Back then some 15 million tourists visited Egypt, bringing in some 12.5 billion dollars, Tourism Minister Hisham Zaazou told Kuwait’s “Al-Watan” newspaper, out Saturday.

Short-term plans have been outlined to attract as many tourists as possible, Zaazou said.
