CAIRO: Muslim Brotherhood members began protesting at Raba’a al-Adaweya Square, using fireworks and chanting against the police and army.

The National Alliance to Support Legitimacy, an Islamist coalition of political parties, has called for widespread demonstrations on March 19 for the past 11 consecutive days under the slogan “The Streets are Outs – Together for Salvation” in protest to the current interim government and the ouster of former President Mohamed Morsi.
