CAIRO: Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab, along with the Minister of Trade, Industry and Investments Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour are set to inaugurate the 47 edition of the Cairo International Fair (CIF47) Wednesday at the Egypt Expo and Convention Authority (EECA) in Nasr City.
Ahmed al-Deep, EECA head, along with 750 representatives from Egyptian companies and eight foreign countries that will participate in the fair, are scheduled to attend the inauguration ceremony.
By the end of ceremony people are allowed to visit CIF47 for marketing purposes and to benefit from the discounts offered by the participants.
CIF47 is scheduled to last for ten days, from March 19-28.
EECA has sent official invitations to a large number of Arab and foreign countries; Kuwait, Algeria, Sudan, Iraq, Pakistan, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Libya will attend the CIF47, according to the EECA website. Kuwait is scheduled to be guest of honor.
