CAIRO: Saudi-funded channel MBC Masr is producing a documentary ‘Meshwar Esmo Hayah’ (A Journey Called Life) to honor Egyptian singer Mohamed Mounir. Poet Mohamed Radwan’s ‘Egar Geded’ (New Rent) will be part of the documentary, Radwan told Youm7.
A Journey Called Life, written and directed by Mohamed Helmy, is about awarding Mounir in the upcoming period on his collective work.
Mounir is an Egyptian-Nubian singer and considered a superstar. He is well known for his Nubian songs in the Middle East and worldwide.
