ADDIS ABABA: Ethiopian President Mulatu Teshome discussed Monday with the chairperson of the Swiss international water resources company ways of exporting Nile water to Kuwait.

The Ethiopian News Agency reported that the State of Kuwait is willing to import 66 million gallons of water from Ethiopia for daily supply.

Kuwait’s Ambassador to Ethiopia Rashed al-Hajri said that importing water from Ethiopia would be easy because of its proximity to the Middle East and its huge water resources.
