CAIRO: Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab left here on Thursday, heading to Equatorial Guinea for talks on ways to boost bilateral ties.
The three-day visit comes in the wake of Mahlab’s visit to Chad and Tanzania.
Mahlab will convey a message from President Adly Mansour to the Equatorial Guinean President.
Accompanied by the ministers of housing, electricity, health, agriculture and oil, Mahlab will hold talks with Equatorial Guinea’s officials on establishing joint projects in the fields of housing, health, oil and agriculture.
The talks will tackle the resumption of Egypt’s activities inside the African Union which suspended the Egyptian activities following the ouster of president Mohamed Morsi in July.
