CAIRO: Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab and his accompanying delegation returned home Saturday after a three-day visit to Equatorial Guinea.
Mahlab, during the visit, conveyed President Adly Mansour’s message to President of Equatorial Guinea Teodoro Obiang Mbasogo on bilateral relations and the situation in Africa.
Ministers of foreign affairs, petroleum, health and housing, who were among the delegation, held meetings with their counterparts in Equatorial Guinea on means of boosting cooperation in these fields.
The two sides agreed on a number of projects to be implemented by Egypt in Equatorial Guinea soon.
The Equatorial Guinean minister of public works and infrastructure is scheduled to pay a visit to Egypt next week to boost cooperation.
