Morsi’s trial adjourned to June 10

CAIRO: Cairo Criminal Court in Police Academy adjourned ousted President Mohamed Morsi and Muslim Brotherhood trial of the Ithadeya incidents to July 10, 2014. On December 5, 2012, ten citizens were killed outside Ithadeya, including Journalist al-Husseiny Adu-Deif, and dozens of people were injured.

The Court adjourned the trial to hear the rest of eye witnesses’ testimony and details of court sessions will remain secret and banned any sort of publication.

The trial started at 11:30 a.m. and the court listened to the testimony of four eye witnesses. Morsi arrived in a helicopter and other defendants attended the trial.
