CAIRO: Ali Fedaly, the head of the Cairo Metro, announced Sunday that the Giza Metro Station, which has been closed for more than 11 months, will be reopened Sunday, Youm7 reported.

Fedaly also told Youm7 that the Sadat Metro Station in Tahrir Square, which was closed along with the Giza station after the dispersal of Muslim Brotherhood sit-ins in August, will be reopened soon, but not before the approval of state security agencies.

Fedaly previously said in April the Sadat station would be reopened by May, but the station remains closed.
