By THE CAIRO POST

CAIRO: The Egyptian Health Ministry announced Friday that two people were killed and 15 were injured in clashes that took place between alleged Muslim Brotherhood demonstrators and security forces.

The clashes came a day after the first anniversary of the violent dispersal of the pro-Mohamed Morsi sit-ins in Rabaa al-Adaweya and Nahda squares.

The ministry said in its statement that the two deaths occurred in Faisal district in Giza, where fierce clashes were reported.

However, Youm7 reported earlier Friday that three were killed: the two in Faisal, and an additional death in Hawamdia in Giza governorate.
