Armed men attack police station in Suez; no injuries

CAIRO: Armed men attacked a police station Monday morning in Suez governorate according to Youm7. No one has been reported injured.

Major General Tarek Al-Gazzar, the assistant interior minister for Suez security told Youm7 that the attackers have been identified and will be arrested. The attack took place as the armed men were driving a motorcycle, and security forces returned fire.

Also Monday morning a small fire broke place surrounding the New Ramsis school at Ghamra district in Cairo. A bombing sound was heard in the morning in Nasr city, which caused a panic among the residents who called the forces.

In Alexandria, police forces evacuated a school after finding a bomb inside it. The surrounding area was closed, a security cordon was imposed and forces monitored the location searching for other bombs according to Youm7.
