ISTANBUL: Turkish police detained 20 people suspected of links to Islamic State in the Mediterranean province of Antalya ahead of a G20 summit being held there on Nov. 15-16, the Dogan news agency reported on Friday.

The detentions were the latest in a series of police operations targeting suspected Islamic State militants across the country.
