CAIRO: Egypt will witness a gradual decline in temperature in the western part of the country starting from Sunday, Youm7 reported Saturday.
Cairo, coastal governorates and north of Upper Egypt will start feeling the decline from Monday; the rest of the republic will be affected by Tuesday.
Ahmed Abdel Aal, head of the General Meteorological Authority, told Youm7 that the low temperature will be escorted with light or moderate showers and active wind reaching Cairo.
This wave will peak on Tuesday and Wednesday, while Thursday will see a relief.
Expected temperature in Cairo on Sunday is 24 C during the day, and 15 C at night.
