CAIRO: At least 16 were killed and five injured after masked men threw molotov cocktails at a restaurant in Cairo’s Agouza district in Giza causing a huge fire, Youm7 reported Friday.

 

The victims are from the restaurant staff. The three assailants who reportedly carried out the attack fled the scene immediately, according to Youm7.

Reuters reported that an official had stated a suspect in the fire is a former employee.

Civil Protection forces managed to put out the fire.
