CAIRO: A Saudi delegation will arrive in Cairo Tuesday to participate in the second round of the Egyptian-Saudi Coordination Council meetings, Youm7 reported.

The Saudi delegation will be headed by Deputy crown prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammad bin Salman while Prime Minister Sherif Ismail will chair the Egyptian delegation.

For the purpose of following up on the implementation of protocols, memorandums of understandings and joint economic and military projects between the two Arab states, the council was founded in Riyadh in November during a visit by the Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al Sisi.

The first round of meetings was held in Saudi Arabia earlier this month.
