CAIRO: President Abdel Fatah al Sisi met Sunday with Minister of Trade Tarek Kabil to review the outcome of Egypt’s participation at the World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Tenth Ministerial Conference in Nairobi, Kenya Dec. 15-18, Youm7 reported.

During the meeting, Kabil has assured that Egypt will not approve any decision if it does not attain its interest or the interest of the developing countries and the least developed ones, Presidential spokesperson Alaa Youssef said in a statement Sunday.

Egypt’s Prime Minister Sheif Ismail and Minister of International Cooperation Sahar Nasr were present during the meeting.

Kabil said that negotiations were focused on assistance to the least developed countries by removing trade barriers and reducing taxes on industrial goods, according to Youm7.
