CAIRO: A program hosted by Member of Parliament Tawfik Okasha will resume per a Court of Administrative Justice Sunday ruling, Youm7 reported.
Okasha filed the case against the investment minister and the head of the Free Zone department of the ministry, which banned the show for three months on Dec. 28 and banned him from appearing on the channel.
The ban was issued hours after Okasha made controversial statements at ON TV.
He claimed that Interior Minister Magdy Abdel Ghaffar personally targets him and that the Egyptian media collaborated with security bodies before the 2013 ouster of President Mohamed Morsi.
He also claimed that Homeland Security acts as a “public relations” officer for Egypt’s parliamentarians.
