CAIRO: A cold weather wave will be witnessed Sunday at the Delta through Upper Egypt’s northern governorates while hail and sharp decrease in temperature are expected in central Sinai, Youm7 quoted Meteorological experts.
A heavy mist will loom Sunday over Lower Egypt, Cairo, Suez and north Upper Egypt, said experts, warning of poor visibility.

Egypt’s official weather forecast authority has warned of a cold snap expected to return Monday, with a sharp decrease in temperature accompanied by rainfall.
Over the past weeks, the temperature has been hitting low levels and heavy showers have been seen in most governorates. Blizzards in South Sinai’s Saint Catherine town caused a suspension of safaris; Wednesday saw a record low of -5 degrees Celsius.
