CAIRO: Egypt’s Al Ahly are scheduled to face Angola’s Recreativo Do Libolo Saturday in the first leg of the 2016 CAF Champions League round of 32, Youm7 reported.

The match will take place at Estadio Municipal de Calulo stadium at 03:30 p.m. Cairo local time. The second leg is scheduled for 19 March.

Al Ahly, who hold a record for winning the championship seven times, traveled to Angola Wednesday. On Monday, Al Ahly’s new head coach Martin Jol announced the 20-man squad to play the game. The squad excludes veteran midfielder Hossam Ashour, defender Mohamed Naguib and goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy due to injuries.

Recreativo do Libolo has won the 2014-2015 Angola League for the fourth time in the last five years.

Al Ahly’s archrivals Zamalek, participating in the same championship, will face Cameroon’s Union Sportive de Douala at the same round Sunday.
