Saudi delegations visits various Egyptian facilities

CAIRO: The Saudi delegation accompanying King Salman to Egypt visited a number of Egyptian facilities Sunday to enhance cooperation.

Fifteen editors-in-chief of Saudi newspapers also visited the Middle East News Agency, while Saudi Finance Minister Ibrahim Assaf, Egyptian ministers of international cooperation Sahar Nasr and higher education Ashraf al-Shihy laid the cornerstone of a project to develop Qasr al-Aini hospital, Youm7 reported.

Agriculture Minister Essam Fayed and his Saudi counterpart signed an agreement to expand Saudi investments in the farming field and facilitate the export of Egyptian crops to Saudi Arabia.

Education Minister al-Helaly al-Sherbiny is scheduled to receive his Saudi counterpart Ahmed al-Eissa to visit one of Cairo’s schools for gifted students, as well as the Teachers Academy to discuss Egypt’s efforts to promote education, according to Youm7.
