CAIRO: An Egyptian worker at Sohag International Airport returned a bag that contained 168,000 Saudi riyals ($44,780,) and golden accessories to the authorities in an action that was celebrated at the airport, Youm7 reported.

Sayed Mohamed Ahmed, who works for the free passenger service at the airport, found the bag at the arrival parking lot of the Upper Egyptian airport before he handed it in to the airport’s authorities.

After the civil authorities of the airport turned the bag in it to the Ports Authority, it was ultimately returned to its owner, who tried to reward Ahmed, but he refused saying it was his “job,” according to Youm7. Ahmed was honored by the airport authorities.
