CAIRO: After reaching 41 °C on Tuesday, Cairo’s expected temperature on Wednesday is expected to dropto 30 °C during the day and 20°C at night, Youm7 quoted a statement by the official forecast authority.
On Tuesday, Cairo saw slight rainfall in the afternoon, which is expected to continue on Wednesday, according to the statement.
The statement, however, said that the weather will remain hot in some parts including the South Upper Egypt, where the temperature is typically high.
Along the Mediterranean, Alexandria city is expected to record 25°C and Marsa Matrouh will record 23°C, while in Upper Egypt, Luxor and Aswan tourists cities, will record 40°C and 42°C, respectively.
