CAIRO: A heat wave will hit Egypt starting from Saturday, where temperature in Cairo expected to reach 35°C during the day, Youm7 quoted forecasters Friday.
The weather will be very hot on the northern west coast and in most southern parts of Upper Egypt , and hot in areas from Cairo, Lower Egypt and northern Upper Egypt.
Active wind is expected to be witnessed in the west of the country and Sinai, and accompanied with dust in Red Sea cities.
Along the Mediterranean, Alexandria and Marsa Matrouh cities will record 32°C-37°C respectively, while in Upper Egypt, the temperature in Luxor and Aswan will hit 38°C-39°C respectively.
Temperature has relented over the past days after reaching 41°C in Cairo on Sunday.
