Yields ease on Egyptian 1.5-year Tbonds, rise on 3-year debt

CAIRO: Yields on Egypt’s 1.5-year zero coupon treasury bond eased at an auction on Monday but rose on its 3-year bill, data from the central bank showed.

The average yield on a 1-1/2-year zero coupon bond eased to 14.239 percent from 14.275 percent when it was last sold on May 16.

The yield on Egypt’s three-year treasury bond rose to 14.585 percent from 14.578 percent at the last auction.
