CAIRO: Egypt’s biggest football giant Al-Ahly SC will face Dakhlia in the 31st fixture of the Egyptian Premier League Thursday.
The game will take place at 10:00 p.m. Cairo local time at Borg Al Arab stadium in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria.
The Red devils head coach Martin Jol announced the 21-man squad called up for the encounter. It includes goal keeper Sherif Ekramy who returns after a month-long injury.
Al Ahly currently top the league table on 68 points collected from 29 matches, five clear of second-placed Zamalek which has played 30 matches.
Since the Egyptian Premier League was first created in 1948, Al Ahly has won the title 37 times while Zamalek has managed to secure 12 wins, the last of which was the 2014-2015 season.
