CAIRO: Forecasters expect a noticeable drop in temperatures across Egypt on Saturday with highs of 34 degrees celsius in Cairo and 27 C in the Mediterranean city of Alexandria, Youm7 reported.
The improvement in weather conditions comes after four-day-long heat wave during which Cairo saw over 40 C in first days of the holy month of Ramadan.
Sinai and Upper Egypt will be very hot with temperature reaching high of 38 C in Sharm al Sheikh and 42 C in Luxor.
Cairo temperatures on Friday reached 32 C during the day and expected to hit 21 C at night.
Head of the Egyptian Meteorological Authority Ahmed Abdel-Al said the improved weather is expected to last until Sunday.
