7 children, adult get prostheses after losing their parts in Sinai bombings
Seven children and a young man have got leg and arm prostheses after their parts were amputated when explosives targeted their homes in restive North Sinai. The prostheses were funded by the Egyptian Armed Forces, in cooperation with Sinai governor, Youm7 reported.
3.6K cases of cheating on final exams of 2016 Thanaweya Amma reported: Minister
Minister of Education al-Helali al-Sherbini announced Monday that the ministry has monitored a total of 3,644 cases of cheating on the final exams of Thanaweya Amma (high school diploma), Youm7 reported.
Students who were reportedly committed cheating will be held on accountable, he added. Ministry of Education came under fire since early June over its failure to stop final exams leak on the social media few minutes before the students start their exams.
2 killed, 36 injured in road accident in Alexandria
Two people killed and 36 were injured after a passenger bus collided with a private care and drilling rig along the desert road in Alexandria Monday, Youm7 reported. All victims were hospitalized and investigations were launched.
Egypt has 4 HCV cure protocols at reduced prices: liver professor
Egypt has five drug protocols, out of six worldwide, to cure Genotype 4 of Hepatitis C virus (HCV) that exists in the country, Hisham el-Khayat Liver, gastrointestinal tract professor at the Institute of Theodore Bilharz said during a Sunday press conference.
The drugs available in Egypt include: Sovaldi, Olisio, Daklinza, Harvoni, Alzibathier and Abakloza; he added that the medicines are available at reduced prices, attracting foreign patients to seek treatment in Egypt.
Moderate weather expected Monday; Cairo sees highs of 34°C
Forecasters expect a moderate weather Monday as high temperatures that have been witnessed relent in the Capital Cairo by two degrees recording highs of 34°C and lows of 25°C, according to Youm7.

117 arrested at Sallum border for illegal immigration to Libya
A total of 117 people, including 10 Sudanese, were arrested at Egypt’s western border Sallum while attempting to illegally cross into the Libyan territories through desert routes, Youm7 reported.
The head of Marsa Matrouh security directorate Hisham Lotfy told Youm7 that the arrested unregistered migrants were kept in custody to be referred to specialized prosecution.

Anonymous official sources at the Ministry of Agriculture told Youm7 that the General Authority for Fisheries has failed to install surveillance devices to monitor illegal fishing boats, to prevent fishermen abduction and curb illegal immigration.
