King Abdullah Sports City hosts game over Egyptian Super Cup

Saudi King Abdullah Sports City will host football game of the Egyptian Super Cup for season 2016/2017, Youm7 reported Wednesday.

The super match is usually be played by champions of the Egyptian Premier League and the winners of the Egyptian Cup. Al-ahly Sporting Club has won the Premier League, while the Egyptian Cup championship is being held.

Egypt will host the Emirati UAE Super Cup, which will be played outside the UAE for the first time, on September 13, KingFut reported Wednesday.

Ahly signs deal to get Mido Gaber from Misr El-Maqassa

Al-Ahly Sporting Club has signed a deal to transfer Misr El-Maqassa’s player attacking midfielder Mohamed Gaber “Mido,” for five years, Youm7 reported. The deal came after Al-Ahly player Ramadan Sobhi has transferred to U.K. Stoke City.
