Egypt will participate in global surrealistic art exhibition
Egyptian Minister of Culture Helmi El Namnam has reached a deal with a delegation from French Ministry of Culture on Egyptian participation in an international exhibition for surrealistic arts. The exhibition will first be held in France, then in Germany and UK, Youm7 reported Monday.
Ukrainian singer Loboda in Sharm el Sheikh Aug. 24
Ukrainian singer and composer Svetlana Loboda will perform a concert in Egypt’s Sharm el Sheikh on August 24, in light of boosting Egyptian tourism sector, Egyptian state-owned newspaper al- Ahram reported Tuesday.
The concert also coincides with the Ukrainian national day, and will be attended by South Sinai governor Khaled Fouda and a diplomatic delegation from the Ukrainian embassy in Egypt.
Egyptian actors seek partnership with Indian stars
Egyptian actor Mohamed Imam and a group of actors and actress have visited the Indian embassy in Cairo to reach a deal over cooperation between both countries in movie industry, al Ahram reported Tuesday.
Imam, who is acting a movie title “Hell in India,” asked the Indian ambassador Sanjay Bhattacharyya to display his movie in India.
Opera House organizes art workshop for children
The Cairo Opera House hosts an art workshop for children on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at Salah Taher Hall, Youm7 reported Tuesday.
The workshop includes many kinds of art forms, such as painting, calligraphy, photographic works, Mosaic, etc.
