Zamalek qualifies to semi final of the CAF Champions League

Egypt’s Zamalek SC has qualified to the semi final of the CAF Champions League after beating Enyimba FC 1-0 Monday evening on the Petro Sport Stadium of Alexandria.

EFA receives offer to hold Super Cup match in France, London or Lebanon

Egyptian Football Association has received an offer from a company to play the Egyptian Super Cup in one of the following Countries: France, London, or Lebanon, Youm7 reported Tuesday.

For security measures ahead of the 2016 pilgrimage season, Saudi Arabia has apologized to host a football game of the Egyptian Super Cup for season 2016/2017 between Al Ahly and Zamalek teams, scheduled to be held on September 14.

It was reported that the game was to be played in the Saudi King Abdullah Sports City. The super match is usually be played by champions of the Egyptian Premier League and the winners of the Egyptian Cup. Al-Ahly Sporting Club has won the Premier League, while Zamalek has won the cup for the fourth times in a raw.

 

EFA signs deal with Falcon to secure of Premier League matches

The EFA signed Tuesday a contract with Falcon Co. for security service to secure next season of Premier League matches, Youm7 reported.
