Checkpoints expected in Cairo on first Friday after curfew ends

CAIRO: Cairo streets and squares are expected to be secured with checkpoints, security personnel and armored vehicles today, the first Friday after the ending of the curfew, Youm7 reported.

Ministry of Interior sources said they would take necessary measures against any violations of law or national security to secure the streets.
