The Arabic House for Science Publishing has published “Ghada El Saman’s Cultural and Creative Process,” by Syrian critic Abd Al-Latif Al-Arnaot.

The book presents the prominent Syrian journalist and novelist’s ideas about culture, literature and life through her novels and stories, as well as drawing from personal interviews.

Al-Arnaot also explores El Saman’s desire at the beginning of her creative process to write about “dialogue literature.”

He presents Ghada El Saman‘s novels and stories as an “advanced step in the modern novel,” referencing works such as  “Beirut Nightmares” , “ Beirut 75” , and “No sea in Beirut.”
