Israeli military vehicles have entered the Gaza strip, east of the Rafah crossing, according to state-run news agency MENA on Thursday.

MENA said eye-witnesses reported 6 military bulldozers driving on agricultural land and crossing the Sofa Gate east of Rafah and parallel to the border.

During the last few days, MENA has reported increased Israeli fly-overs, as well as the use of incendiary bombs in eastern Gaza.

An Egyptian military spokesman told Ma’an news agency that Israeli troops have attempted to cross the border and enter agricultural land in the Gaza strip, and he also accused them of razing and shootings at civilian houses.
