Three detained leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood (MB) had family visits on Saturday in Tora Prison, Cairo.

MB leaders Esam Sultan, Abu el-Ela Mady, and Mahdi Akef are held on charges of killing protesters, inciting violence, and insulting the justice system.

Saturday’s visit was the first for Sultan’s son and wife, and lasted for 2 hours. Akef, a former adviser of the MB, also met with his wife and son, according to a source inside the prison.
