BEHEIRA, Egypt: Beheira investigative police officers managed Friday to return a kidnapped child, who had been missing since Monday.
Security Director of Beheira Mohamed Tahoon received a report about the kidnapping the 5-year-old son of farmer Shaker Arafa (45.) He received a phone call from an anonymous person who demanded one million EGP ($143,666,) ransom for returning the child.
Tahoon ordered to form a team to save the child quickly and arrest the perpetrators. The investigations of the team concluded that the child was kidnapped by three persons, who were arrested in Obour and Dar el-Salam in Cairo. The child was found in Gamalia while working as a garbage collector to hide his identity.
The security director delivered the child to his father.
