Hazem al-Beblawy
By AHMED METWALLY

CAIRO: Tarek Emam Allam, chairman of the Freedom Party, filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor on Sunday, demanding a review of the prices of natural gas and mineral resources exported by the government.

Allam also demanded revising international agreements and contracts, to ensure that investors do not hold Israeli nationality.

He also demanded that Prime Minister Hazem al-Beblawy raise prices of exported natural gas and mineral resources to meet international market prices.

Allam claimed that these resources have been sold and exported to foreign investors below market prices, which he claimed is “less than acceptable.”

The complaint added that amongst the materials sold at low prices is high quality sand glass, which is used for manufacturing computer components.
