CAIRO: Mohamed Abu Ragab, a member of the legislative committee in the Council of State, said on Saturday in a television interview that an article in the draft presidential elections law that requires the president be at least a college graduate is unconstitutional.

Abu Ragab added to the Mehwar channel that it is still possible to remove that article from the draft law before approval.
