CAIRO: An e-learning unit will be established with the participation of the Ministry of Communication, in addition to combating electronic fraud in cooperation with the ministry, said Minister of Education Mahmoud Abou el-Nasr during a press conference on Sunday.

“We will continue the project of training for employment, which aims to send technical educated students to specialized training centers. These centers are managed by a committee from the technical education center to prepare the students to join the labor market,” he said.

The minister added that labor market needs will be studied to prepare training programs in the concerned ministries and to let students join factories and companies instead of foreign labor. This program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry, he noted.

On the other hand, the minister denied that the subject of the January 25 Revolution is going to be omitted from the curricula and said that it is taught within reading subjects.

Nasr added that revolutions need time to be perceived, and we still have long time to understand what precisely happened on January 25 and June 30.
