SUEZ, Egypt: Sokhna port in Suez opened again at 5:30 p.m. on Monday after being closed for two hours because of the bad weather, said Rear Admiral Hasan Falah, head of the Red Sea Ports Authority.

Falah, in a statement to Youm7, explained that Safaga port in South Sinai Governorate is still closed because of the weather conditions.

He added that ports of Adabiya, Al-Zayat and Port Tawfik in Suez are also closed since Sunday afternoon because of the high wind speed and waves that exceeded four meters in height.
