CAIRO: Minister of Justice Naier Othman said the ministry did not receive the sentence of the Abdeen court of urgent matters to declare Hamas as a terrorist group and so none of its properties inside Egypt were seized yet.
Othman said once they receive the decision form from the court, they will send it to committee to count and manage the funds of the Muslim Brotherhood to take the necessary legal action.
Othman told Youm7 the sentence against Hamas could be final after rejecting all appeal proposals, which will help execute the sentence and seize all their funds and real estate within Egypt, as well as headquarters and affiliate office.
Cairo Court for urgent matters outlawed the activities of Hamas, the Palestinian Islamist Organization, and ordered the seizure all of its offices in Cairo on March 4.
