CAIRO: The Maspero Youth Foundation for Development and Human Rights announced in a statement on Wednesday that it will protest next Sunday in front of the headquarters of the United Nations in Garden City against the murder of seven Egyptian Christians by militants in Libya February.

The statement said that several Coptic movements agreed to escalate demonstrations against Libya for the murders. The foundation also said it will file a complaint with the UN about the killing of Copts and their targeting in Libya, demanding international penalties for Libya and the forming of an international commission to pursue the investigation.

The statement said another copy of the complaint will also be delivered to the International Labor Organization.
