Al-Tayar Al-Sha’aby: Ambassadors withdrawal from Qatar ensures Gulf independence
By MOSTAFA ABDEL TAWAB

CAIRO: Maasoum Marzouk, Al-Tayar Al-Sha’aby movement foreign affairs committee coordinator, said on Tuesday that Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain government decisions to withdraw their ambassadors from Qatar came after warning Doha about its stance toward Cairo and Arab region.

Marzouk told Youm7 on Tuesday that this step came in anticipation of U.S. president Barak Obama’s visit to Saudi Arabia to ensure that Gulf countries do not accept American dependency and work for their own interests.
